In 2011 KÖR initiated the first art host project in collaboration with wohnpartner: Karl-Wrba-Hof als Kunstgastgeber: Kunst zahlt Miete/Miete zahlt Kunst (Karl-Wrba-Hof as Art Host: Art Pays Rent/Rent Pays Art). Eleven residents in the municipal housing estate made their flats available as exhibition spaces for works of art over a period of one week. The publication primarily retells the story of the project visually and, based on quotations from statements by the involved artists, residents, and visitors, offers glimpses of the events on site.
