The time period documented in this book - 2004 to 2007 - is meanwhile called the "phase of institutionalization" for Public Art Vienna. The Constituent Board of Public Art Vienna, consisting of Ute Meta Bauer, Berthold Ecker, Silvia Eiblmayr, Brigitte Huck, Edelbert Köb, Wolfgang Kos and Roland Schöny aimed to initiate projects with a lasting effect, in the early stages in particular.
